Tour of Minakuchi Shuzo brewery

We accept a tour of our brewery on advance reservation. We provide the brewery history during a tour of the Minakuchi Shuzo main building, which was designated as a registered tangible cultural property (structure) and the brewing process of “Seishu Nikitatsu,” one of our brands (only during the brewing period), and guide you to the brewing plant of “Dogo Beer,” refreshing beer after enjoying a Dogo hot spring. In addition, you can taste a variety of our products at “Nikitatsu Club,” one of our captive shops.
Also, we are happy to help you make an original label for sake if you wish. Why don’t you send someone very special your own bottle with your heartfelt message on it? We hope that you will keep in your heart 120 years of our brewery history with Dogo Onsen and our commitment to brewing as a memory of your trip to Dogo.
