Dogo Shochu Tokidaiko
Dogo Onsen is the oldest onsen service provider in Japan.
At the central region of the top floor of the Honkan, Shinrokaku, is hung a drum, which, known as “Tokidaiko,” is included in the “100 Soundscapes of Japan.”
Characterized by luxurious ginjo fragrance and mellow and graceful mouthfeel.
Please enjoy the deep flavor that is reminiscent of the nostalgic Tokidaiko sound.

Dogo Shochu Bansui
Fully using sake lees of daiginjoshu with 34% of alcohol content. Tastes like Japanese spirit.
The name id derived from the 15th domain head of the ancient Matsuyama Domain Hisamatsu Sadakoto’s second home “Bansuiso.”
With
the illuminated Bansuiso imagined, the sake is bottled in the special bottle that glows vivid green in the light.

Dogo Shochu Shinrokaku
New barley shochu characterized by barley flavor and richness, and sharpness.
The name is derived from the taikoro (drum tower) named Shinrokaku, which is situated at the top of Dogo Onsen Honkan, the oldest well-known
onsen hot spring that appears in Nihonshoki (Chronicles of Japan). The sake is bottled in the deep red bottle that is associated with the vivid and impressive “red giyaman (glassware)” decorating Shinrokaku
Ehime
Chuyo-grown naked barley used fully and luxuriously, you can enjoy the barley shochu flavor and graceful mouthfeel.

Dogo Shochu Naganasu (egg plant)
Novel shochu based on Matsuyama specialty “Matsuyama Naganasu.”
“Matsuyama Naganasu” is a 30-40 centimeters-long egg plant.
Characterized by soft and sweet flesh, being juicy, and no seeds, it is grown only in the
Matsuyama area.
With “Matsuyama Naganasu” added to sake cake of daiginjoshu, the taste and fragrance became milder, easier to drink.

Dogo Shochu Matsuyama Issunsoramame (broad bean)
Based on the Matsuyama specialty “Matsuyama Issunsoramame (broad bean).”
Called issunsoramame because one pea is so large as to reach 3 centimeters (Issun). With 3 -4 peas contained in one pod which is 20 centimeters
long, Issunsoramame has been grown since the end of the Edo era (1860s) in the Matsuyama area.
With “Matsuyama issunsoramame” with rich aroma added to sake lees of daiginjoshu, please enjoy the refreshing flavor that is
reminiscent of early summer.

Dogo Shochu Setouchi no Ginrinniboshi
Made sardines that grow in the fast-flowing Setouchi sea current dried.
Carefully treating them by hand after catching not to damage them, we dry them with salt and cool wind to seal the flavor in shining silver

Dogo Shochu Tamanoishi
This is the rice shochu made by “Shizukuhime”, the first sake brewing rice in Ehime Prefecture.
Once upon a time, “Sukunabikona god” suffers from illness.”Ookunushi god” put him on his hand and warmed him in Dogo hot spring.Then, “Sukunabikona god” was quickly get well and he danced on the “Tama rock”.
This rock has been located next to the main building of Dogo hot spring and people believe the rock makes a wish come true.
“Tamanoishi” of product named from this legend of the rock.
By slowly distilling at low temperature, only the mellowness and umami of rice is brought out.Finished with a very refreshing rice shochu that passes through the throat.
